What CreatifyHQ does with YouTube & Google

CreatifyHQ connects to your YouTube & Google account to help you generate, schedule and publish AI-powered content without leaving our platform.

Permissions We Request

• youtube.upload — Upload videos to your YouTube channel
• youtube.readonly — Read channel information and statistics
• youtube.force-ssl — Manage channel settings securely
• business.manage — Post to Google Business Profile (if connected)

Data We Access and Use

• Your YouTube channel name and ID
• Video upload IDs and publish status
• Channel statistics for analytics features

Data We Do NOT Use

• We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or Google Calendar
• We do not access your YouTube watch history or private videos
• We do not access Google Contacts
• We do not sell your data to Google or any third party

How We Store Your Data

OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We store only what is necessary to maintain your connection and publish on your behalf. We never share your credentials or social account tokens with third parties except our publishing service partner (Zernio), which operates under a Data Processing Agreement.

Revoking Access

To revoke access, visit Google Account → Security → Third-party apps and remove CreatifyHQ.

You can also disconnect from within CreatifyHQ: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.
