Getting Started

How do I create my first content?

1. Log into your CreatifyHQ dashboard
2. Click "Create Content" in the top menu
3. Enter your topic or idea
4. Select your platform (Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
5. Choose your tone and AI model
6. Click "Generate" and CreatifyHQ will create your content!

How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to Settings → Connections, then click "Connect" next to the platform you want to add. Follow the authorization flow to grant CreatifyHQ permission to post on your behalf.

What's included in the free trial?

The 14-day free trial includes full access to all Pro features: unlimited AI generation, multi-platform publishing, advanced analytics, and priority support. No credit card required to start.

AI Generation

Which AI models are available?

We support GPT-4, GPT-3.5 Turbo, Claude 3 Opus, Claude 3 Sonnet, and Gemini Pro. Each model has different strengths for various content types.

What is the Virality Score?

The Virality Score (0-100) predicts how engaging your content will be based on factors like length, hashtags, emojis, call-to-actions, and platform-specific best practices.

Can I edit AI-generated content?

Yes! All AI-generated content can be edited directly in the editor. You can also regenerate variations or use the "Improve" feature to enhance specific aspects.

Publishing

Which platforms can I publish to?

CreatifyHQ supports Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and Threads. More platforms coming soon!

How do I schedule posts?

After generating content, click "Schedule" instead of "Publish Now". Choose your date and time, then click "Schedule Post". Your content will be published automatically.

Can I publish to multiple platforms at once?

Absolutely! Select multiple platforms when creating or scheduling content. CreatifyHQ will optimize the content for each platform automatically.

Analytics

What analytics are tracked?

We track views, likes, comments, shares, engagement rate, follower growth, and content performance across all connected platforms.

How often are analytics updated?

Analytics are updated every 4 hours for most platforms. Real-time data is available for premium plans.

Can I export analytics reports?

Yes! Go to Analytics → Export and choose CSV or PDF format. Pro and Enterprise plans include white-label reports.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade Plan. Choose your new plan and complete payment. Your upgrade is immediate.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe. PayPal is available for annual plans.

Troubleshooting

My post failed to publish. What should I do?

Check if your social account is still connected (Settings → Connections). If disconnected, reconnect and try again. Contact support if the issue persists.

I'm not receiving email notifications

Check your spam folder first. Then verify your email preferences in Settings → Notifications. Add noreply@creatifyhq.com to your contacts.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Links expire after 1 hour.
