When does the beta start and end?
Approved testers get access immediately. The beta period runs 60 days from your acceptance date. After that you can either upgrade to a paid plan (with your founding-member 50% discount locked in) or drop to the free tier.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?
We review applications weekly. Expect a reply within 5-7 days. If you're a strong fit (active creator, multi-platform poster, willing to give feedback), you'll get an invite code by email.
Do I need to pay anything?
No. No credit card required. No charges during the beta. If you choose to keep using CreatifyHQ after Day 60, you can subscribe at the founding-member rate (50% off Pro for life).
What's expected of me?
Use the product, send feedback when something stands out (good or bad), and answer a single 5-minute survey at the halfway mark. That's it. No mandatory hours, no calls, no NDAs.
Can my whole team join?
Each invite is for one person. If your team wants in, each member should apply individually — we may approve multiple seats from the same company if there's a strong case for it.
Will my feedback be public?
Only if you opt in. We never publish your testimonials without your explicit approval. If you give us a quote we want to use on the marketing site, we'll email you with the exact wording before publishing.
What happens to my data after the beta?
Your data stays. If you upgrade, everything carries over. If you choose not to continue, you can export your generated content and delete your account anytime — same as any user.
