Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of all data CreatifyHQ holds about your account and any connected social media information.

How to delete your data:

  1. Log in to your CreatifyHQ account at app.creatifyhq.com
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion in the popup
  5. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Disconnecting Facebook/Instagram only:

  1. Log in to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find CreatifyHQ in the list
  3. Click Remove
  4. CreatifyHQ will automatically detect the revocation and remove your tokens within 24 hours

If you have trouble or need manual assistance, email us at privacy@creatifyhq.com and we will delete your data within 72 hours.
