What CreatifyHQ does with X / Twitter

CreatifyHQ connects to your X / Twitter account to help you generate, schedule and publish AI-powered content without leaving our platform.

Permissions We Request

• tweet.read — Read your timeline and tweets
• tweet.write — Post tweets on your behalf
• users.read — Read your account information
• offline.access — Maintain connection without requiring re-authentication

Data We Access and Use

• Your X username and display name (for account identification)
• Your X user ID (for publishing)
• Tweet IDs and publish status after posting

Data We Do NOT Use

• We do not access your Direct Messages
• We do not access your follower or following lists
• We do not access private or protected tweets
• We do not sell your data to advertisers

How We Store Your Data

OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We store only what is necessary to maintain your connection and publish on your behalf. We never share your credentials or social account tokens with third parties except our publishing service partner (Zernio), which operates under a Data Processing Agreement.

Revoking Access

To revoke access, visit X → Settings → Connected Apps and revoke CreatifyHQ.

You can also disconnect from within CreatifyHQ: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.
