What CreatifyHQ does with Facebook & Instagram

CreatifyHQ connects to your Facebook & Instagram account to help you generate, schedule and publish AI-powered content without leaving our platform.

Permissions We Request

• pages_show_list — View pages you manage
• pages_read_engagement — Read page posts and engagement
• pages_manage_posts — Publish and manage posts on your Pages
• instagram_basic — Access your Instagram account info
• instagram_content_publish — Publish content to Instagram
• public_profile — Access your basic public profile

Data We Access and Use

• Your Page name and ID (for publishing)
• Instagram account username and ID
• Post IDs and publish status returned after publishing
• Page engagement metrics (for analytics features)

Data We Do NOT Use

• We do not access your personal Facebook profile or timeline
• We do not access Facebook Messenger or Instagram DMs
• We do not access your Friends list or follower details
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes
• We do not sell your data to Meta or any third party

How We Store Your Data

OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We store only what is necessary to maintain your connection and publish on your behalf. We never share your credentials or social account tokens with third parties except our publishing service partner (Zernio), which operates under a Data Processing Agreement.

Revoking Access

To revoke access, go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove CreatifyHQ. For data deletion, visit our Data Deletion page.

You can also disconnect from within CreatifyHQ: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.
