What CreatifyHQ does with LinkedIn

CreatifyHQ connects to your LinkedIn account to help you generate, schedule and publish AI-powered content without leaving our platform.

Permissions We Request

• r_liteprofile — Read your basic profile information
• r_emailaddress — Read your email address
• w_member_social — Publish posts on your behalf
• rw_organization_admin — Manage and post to company pages you administer

Data We Access and Use

• Your LinkedIn display name and profile photo (for account identification inside CreatifyHQ)
• Your LinkedIn URN (unique identifier used to publish on your behalf)
• Publishing status and post IDs returned after publishing

Data We Do NOT Use

• We do not access your LinkedIn connections or network
• We do not read your LinkedIn messages or DMs
• We do not access endorsements, recommendations, or job history
• We do not sell or share your LinkedIn data with advertisers

How We Store Your Data

OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. We store only what is necessary to maintain your connection and publish on your behalf. We never share your credentials or social account tokens with third parties except our publishing service partner (Zernio), which operates under a Data Processing Agreement.

Revoking Access

To revoke CreatifyHQ's access to LinkedIn, visit LinkedIn → Settings → Permitted Services and remove CreatifyHQ.

You can also disconnect from within CreatifyHQ: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect.
