Our commitment to fair, transparent billing. We want you to get real value from CreatifyHQ — and if something goes wrong, we want to make it right.
Every new CreatifyHQ account receives a 14-day free trial with access to the features corresponding to the plan you selected at signup. Your credit card is not charged during the trial period. The trial ends automatically on Day 14 and converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription, or by emailing billing@creatifyhq.com.
Upon cancellation:

We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 1 business day and to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is being investigated, which would interrupt your service and scheduled posts.
In nearly all cases, we can resolve billing disputes faster and more favourably through our own support channels than through a chargeback process. We are committed to making this right.
Upgrading: When you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, your card is charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. You gain immediate access to the higher plan.
Downgrading: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You continue to access your current plan's features until the period ends. No refund is issued for the difference.
Enterprise subscriptions are negotiated individually and may be subject to custom refund terms defined in your Enterprise Service Agreement. If no custom terms are specified, this Refund Policy applies.
Annual plan subscribers who cancel within the first 30 days are encouraged to contact us to discuss a partial refund for the unused months. After 30 days, no pro-rata refund is available for annual plans unless a verifiable service failure occurred.
CreatifyHQ considers the following to be exceptional circumstances under which a full or partial refund may be granted regardless of the above terms:
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. In particular:
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify existing subscribers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Continued use of CreatifyHQ after the effective date of a policy change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
